• Will this bundle include the future releases too?

  If you purchase our Full Bundle, you will have all our current premium plugins, but not the future releases. However, those who purchase our Full Bundle benefit from an extra royalty discount when we have new releases. Additionally, users can purchase our 'Full Access Bundle' which allows them to own all our current premium plugins, as well as all our future releases, without additional payment.

• What is your refund policy?

  We are committed to providing plug-ins that deliver on their promises. That’s why, if you don’t think our plug-ins have helped you improve your mixes, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you have a technical problem, we will, of course, help to fix it first since we think you will be better off with our plug-ins than without them.

• How many systems can I activate my plug-ins on?

  Each purchased plug-in can be activated on two computers simultaneously. If you wish to use them on a third computer, you have the option to purchase an additional license, which will increase the limit to four, and so on. In addition, you have the option to deactivate the plug-in from one of your two computers and activate it on a third device from the 'Manage activate machines' window inside the plug-in menu. However, this is not recommended as it would require signing in and signing out of the plug-in each time.

• Can I try the plug-ins before buying them?

  Yes. You can activate a 14-day fully functional free trial for any Techivation plug-ins. Please just head to the web page of the product that you wish to try and click 'Try it', then follow the instructions.

• Do I need to have an iLok to use Techivation plug-ins?

  No, Techivation plug-ins do not require having an iLok or any other kind of physical dongle. If you have purchased a premium license from us, you can activate your Techivation plug-in on your devices by signing in to your Techivation account within the plug-ins. An internet connection is only require for the first-time activation; after that, users can continue using their activated plug-in while offline as well.
