Our plug-ins are compatible with both Mac and PC/Windows systems. It comes in VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats. You can use them with any major DAW software on the market.

Yes! As soon as you install T-De-Esser Plus, you already have the Pro features installed but deactivated, unless you purchase a Pro upgrade license (or activate a free trial) and sign in to the plug-in.

Sometimes some default unzipper apps might not work well with unzipping our installer files. If that happens to you, we recommend you try a different unzipper app to do it. If you are using Windows, make sure to extract all content of the zip file before opening the installer file.

You can activate our premium plug-ins by purchasing a license from us. You can select the product you'd want to purchase from our header menu, add to cart, and proceed to purchase. After your purchase is successfully done, you will have access to the installer files by logging in to your Techivation account. When you install the plug-in, as soon as you sign in to your Techivation account using your email and password from the top-right menu in the plug-in, the premium plug-in gets activated for you.

After you purchase a premium license, your Techivation account will allow you to use the plug-in with no expiry limits. You just need to sign in to the plug-in using your Techivation account credentials to activate it. You can use your premium plug-ins while being offline, however, in order to activate it for the first time, you need to be online to sign in.

Of course. However, the first time you want to activate a plug-in on your computer system requires you to have an internet connection for online instant authentication. But once you're signed in, you can also continue using the plug-in while your computer is offline.

Each purchased plug-in can be activated on two computers simultaneously. If you wish to use them on a third computer, you have the option to purchase an additional license, which will increase the limit to four, and so on.

In addition, you have the option to deactivate the plug-in from one of your two computers and activate it on a third device from the "Manage activate machines" window inside the plug-in menu. However, this is not recommended as it would require signing in and signing out of the plug-in each time.

Sometimes the email we send you after creating a Techivation account, or making a purchase from us might end up in your spam/junk folder, so we recommend checking that folder if you don't see it in your main inbox. It may also be in your "Promotions" section if you're using Gmail.

"Package can't be installed because its digital signature is invalid." This issue may only happen for the installation of the T-De-Esser, on Mac, and that is because their macOS system is old and should be updated. So at the moment, the solution to this error is updating the macOS version to a newer one.

This is an issue some users might experience only for the T-De-Esser. The solution to this problem is to have the Protools version updated or switch to the T-De-Esser Plus.This issue might happen in both macOS and Windows.

We had to set our own unique ID for our plug-ins so that if the developing frameworks we use have a new updates, this issue never happens again. Some DAWs recongzine the plug-ins from their IDs and the V.1.0.4 has a new ID that we'll keep using for the next updates and products. This is the only time this problem might happen for some users. In case you need to use your previously added plug-ins in your sessions, you can downgrade to version 1.0.3. of the T-De-Esser Plus/Pro. Download Version 1.0.3 Installers.

Follow the simple steps to complete your purchase and obtain a lifetime license for the plug-in you have selected.

On the webpage for each of our premium plug-ins, you can see a "Try for Free" button, which takes you to a form that lets you create an account to activate a free trial or log in to your existing Techivation account to have a free trial activated for that particular plug-in.

There are no limitations such as "features not working" or "not being able to export audio" and such in the free trial versions of our premium plug-ins, However, the premium features will no longer work after the 14-day evaluation period is over. After that, you must purchase a license to continue using the plug-in.

If you've purchased a T-De-Esser Pro, you must sign in to the T-De-Esser Plus to change it to the Pro version. Use the top right corner menu on the T-De-Esser Plus user interface to access the "Sign in" window and sign in to yourTechivation account using your email and password to switch it to the T-De-Esser Pro.

If you wish to use your Techivation plug-in on more than two computers, you have the option to purchase additional licenses for each plug-in. This will allow you to activate your plug-ins on multiple computers simultaneously.

During the cart or checkout process, you can select the desired number of licenses you would like to purchase for each plug-in.

Alternatively, if you have already made a purchase for a plug-in and would like an additional license, you can simply visit our website and repurchase the same plug-in to increase the activation limit. Each purchase enables you to activate the plug-in on two additional computers.
