Daniel Holsinger is a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer located in Clearwater, Florida. He’s been building out a name for himself in the music business, working with companies like Universal Music Group and Island Def Jam, as well as musicians like John Legend, Fabolous, Editors, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and Chick Corea.
Daniel Holsinger Studios, as the name suggests, is where he works. Daniel has created a strong rig that enables him to work quickly and efficiently on any assignment. Two Avid S1 control surfaces, a Universal Audio Apollo x6 interface, Yamaha NS-10M monitors, ATC SCM 25a monitors, and more are all part of his setup.
Daniel is using T-De-Esser Pro as one of his main mixing tools. We’re happy to have him in our beta-testing team and he’s also created some unique plug-in presets for the T-De-Esser Pro. He started using the free T-De-Esser just a few days after we released the plug-in.
“When I first tried the T-De-Esser, I loved how it sounded. Now they have added control of additional features, and it will put this in a league of its own. I especially love the new audition feature and the ability to control the attack. The saturation option is also very unique. I can see this being used a lot as an audiosuite plugin in Pro Tools.
